Job Description

– Create and curate compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

– Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across platforms.

– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

– Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.

– Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry experts, and strategic partners to expand our reach and enhance our credibility.

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

– Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Knowledge of the management consulting industry is a plus.

– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Salary: Starts from £28,000.00 per annum
