Job Description

– Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

– Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience segments and optimize campaign targeting and messaging.

– Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

– Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.

– Create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.

– Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets, such as banners, infographics, and videos.

– Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for Hexa Business Consulting.

– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, tools, and industry standards, and implement them to enhance campaign performance.

– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers, to amplify brand reach and drive collaboration opportunities.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or similar role.

– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

– Proficient in using digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and visuals.

– Proficient in SEO techniques and best practices.

– Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

– Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.

– Knowledge of the management consulting industry is a plus.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: Starts from £28,000.00 per annum
